OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding its provisions regarding choice of law.
Any disputes that cannot be solved by negotiations, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Finnish courts.
Rite has the right to cancel a purchase if a clear and obvious error has occurred in pricing. This means the potential pricing mistake of an item online. Where the pricing of the item differs so significantly and clearly from its original and standard pricing that it can be deemed an error. An obvious error could be the price being 0,00 Euro, or the amount entirely missing, or the price differing from its original by hundreds of Euros.
FORCE MAJEURE
Rite shall not be liable for any defects in its products, delays, and deliveries or other breaches of agreement that are attributable to causes beyond Rite´s reasonable control. Examples of force majeure could be illness of employees, restrictions in import and export, problems in ict-communication, problems with the electricity network, and problems in the supply chain. If the force majeure situation continues for a month, both counterparts are entitled to cancel the purchase without any penalties.
BE CONSCIOUS
If you have allergies, especially allergy for green tea, or any other tea, do not drink matcha, because it does consist of green tea powder. Consult with a doctor before drinking matcha if you have other health issues with certain products. Matcha is not a drug or medicine, it is pure green tea powder, but be careful and don't drink too much of it. Matcha contains caffeine and thus, as well as coffee, might have negative effects for those, who have problems with caffeine intake.
